Under the motto „Understanding and Appreciation“, Fountainhead® Tanz Théâtre presents the 39th Black International Cinema Berlin 2024 and the exhibition „Footprints in the Sand?“ ExhibitionBerlin 2024.

The festival celebrates film and artistic contributions regarding people from the African diaspora and diverse backgrounds. By portraying various perspectives and realities of life, the films subdue stereotypes, promote empathy and strengthen intercultural dialogue. They provide a platform of unheard voices, unseen faces and create space for creative expressions from various parts of the world.

Unter dem Motto „Verständnis und Anerkennung“ präsentiert Fountainhead® Tanz Théâtre das 39. Black International Cinema Berlin 2024 und die Ausstellung „Footprints in the Sand?“ ExhibitionBerlin 2024.

Das Festival feiert Filme und künstlerische Beiträge von Menschen aus der afrikanischen Diaspora sowie mit vielfältigen Hintergründen. Durch die Darstellung verschiedener Perspektiven und Lebensrealitäten tragen die Filme dazu bei, Stereotypen zu brechen, Empathie zu fördern und den interkulturellen Dialog zu stärken. Sie bieten eine Plattform für ungehörte Stimmen, ungesehene Gesichter und schaffen Raum für kreative Ausdrucksformen aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt.
