Documents Europe's first Black Cultural Festival, produced and directed by FountainheadŽ Tanz Theatre in Berlin, 1986. The Festival included the first presentation of the Black International Cinema Film-Video Festival. "A Man Without Limits" was awarded "Best Film" in 1988 by the Polish Commission for Film Arts.

Dokumentiert Europas erstes Black Cultural Festival, das von FountainheadŽ Tanz Theatre 1986 in Berlin produziert und geleitet wurde. Das Festival beinhaltete die erste Präsentation des Black International Cinema Film-Video Festival.
