"Sikumoya, the Black Nazi" is a politically grotesque tale, regarding the Congolese Sikumoya Voigt, who after a citizenship test, becomes "more German" than planned. To be able to enter the NPO (National Party of the East), he tries to prove that he can also be "German" with a black skin color. The film indicates absurdities which accompany the one-sided, "German" interpretation of faith in "honesty, discipline and German writers". Direct and indirect questions are asked, "What is German?", "What is race?" and "Is the native country always the country in which the father is born?" The answers are open, however, Sikumoyas reflection, "Where my heart beats, there is my native country", may help the spectator to judge independently.

"Sikumoya, der Schwarze Nazi" ist eine politische Groteske um den Kongolesen Sikumoya Voigt, der nach dem Einbürgerungstest "deutscher" wird als geplant. Um in die NPO (Nationale Partei Ost) eintreten zu können, versucht er zu beweisen, dass man auch mit schwarzer Hautfarbe "deutsch" sein kann. Der Film zeigt Absurditäten auf, die mit der einseitigen, "deutschen" Auslegung vom Glauben an "Ehrlichkeit, Disziplin und deutsche Dichter" einhergehen. Es werden - direkt und indirekt - Fragen gestellt: "Was ist deutsch?", "Was ist Rasse?" und "Ist das Vaterland immer das Land, in dem der Vater geboren ist?" Die Antworten sind offen, doch kann Sikumoyas Überlegung "Wo mein Herz schlägt, ist meine Heimat" dem Zuschauer helfen, selbst zu urteilen.
